The Shire of Sylvan Glen is a local branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc.,  a shire in the Kingdom of Æthelmearc. The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-creating pre-17th-century European history.

We are located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Our shire's activities include: Adult & Youth Combat, Thrown Weapons, Archery, Fencing, Arts & Sciences, Dancing, & Music. Please enjoy your visit with us.
